How CrossMod works

While you develop the homesite, we build your CrossMod in one of 14 facilities across the United States.

After we transport the home to the prepared site, your approved contractor attaches it to a permanent foundation and finishes construction with a site-built garage and porch.

Appraisal and financing

CrossMod homes appraise like site-built homes using site-built comps for valuation.

CrossMods qualify for conventional 30-year financing, and because they meet U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development standards, your home buyers can qualify for Fannie Mae® and Freddie Mac® financing.
