Rising home energy costs are threatening the dream of homeownership for many, so we did something about it.

Built to the US Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home manufactured housing standards, eBuilt® homes can save homeowners up to 50% on their annual power bills.1  They’re also made to add a renewable solar energy system for even more savings.

Homes built to ENERGY STAR® standards can help homeowners save money on energy bills and lower their overall cost of homeownership.

Thirty-nine Clayton home building facilities were awarded the 2023 ENERGY STAR® Residential New Construction Market Leader Award for the 30,244 certified homes built in 2022, which ENERGY STAR® estimates will save Clayton homeowners $8.89 million in annual power bills.

Quality construction

Our homes are constructed with care and precision. Building inside a climate-controlled environment helps protect team members and building supplies from elements like rain, snow and temperature fluctuations. Pex plumbing, thick insulation throughout, and an intricately engineered roof truss system are just a few of the many quality building materials and methods that make up a Clayton Built® home.

It’s easy to see how our homes are built to last for a lifetime or two.
