eBuilt® homes

Rising home energy costs are threatening the dream of homeownership for many, so we did something about it.

Built to the US Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home manufactured housing standards, eBuilt® homes can save homeowners up to 50% on their annual power bills.1  They’re also made to add a renewable solar energy system for even more savings.

ENERGY STAR® Certified Homes

ENERGY STAR® Certified Homes

Last year Clayton Home Building Group manufactured more than 30,000 ENERGY STAR® certified homes, which ENERGY STAR® estimates will save Clayton homeowners more than $8.8 million dollars in total utility costs. That's because ENERGY STAR® homes on average are 20 percent more efficient than a traditional home.

And energy efficiency saves more than just money. The environmental impact of these 30,244 homes contributed to more than 99,000 barrels of oil avoided and reduced over 43,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions.
